On my ORDER 552038023, closed on 12-1, with no payment received yet. From the "Awaiting Payment" page, when I select it to send a NPBA, a box keeps coming up saying to "select at least one item to request a NPBA for"! - as if I hadn't selected the Order! I did it over and over again, and refreshed the page several times, but the same box kept coming up and I finally just had to go to eBay and do it manually there - with no problem. Also, the "OK To Send" was never next to it and when I experimented and clicked on "Select All" and clicked on the "Send NPBA", ORDER 552038023 didn't even show up on the next page of all the items!!
What's going on! I really LOVE this feature and find it very handy. Please fix it, thanks!!
PS: Went back just now and tired an experiment on a whim and it seems this happens to all the combined orders - has it always been this way - I've never noticed that before !!? If so, when will the NPBA function for combined orders be use-able?

That is correct, the NPBA will not work for multiple items. You will need to split the order and submit the NPBA to eBay for each as an individual item, as eBay does not recognize AW orders.
To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".
