Hi. I have a couple feature requests.
First, in Sales Manager, often an auction will close with Buy It Now or whatever and it takes SM bloody forever to notice -- in fact, I've had it take as long as a day.
Now I know I could set up the mailstep stuff, but I'd rather not. What I'd like in the "active" auctions listing is a button or link called "Sync" which would force that auction to synchronize with eBay. That would be extremely helpful, as I want to total up and WBN a buyer right now and I cannot.
Second, shipping is always a problem for me. I try very hard when I create an auction to guesstimate shipping, but it's almost impossible to always get it correct. I particularly have this problem with foreign bidders; I cannot predict what shipping will be to every country.
I would like a way to edit the shipping details after an auction has closed. Thus I could edit it and re-send the WBN.

Hi Chris,
I will pass your first suggestion to product development. The second one can be done -- if you already sent out the WBN, you can deselect step one in PSM, and then go back and edit. Once you have finished you may send the WBN again to the winner.

In regards to the fixed price items ending and not being updated from Active to Closed, I've found if you refresh the page it will force the item to move to Closed. Sometimes I have to refresh a few times, but I've always been able to do it.

Note that you have to click the check-box next to the active item before clicking "refresh" - if you don't do this the item may not move to closed.
