At this time, NPBAs through our system are supported for only eBay auctions and not fixed price. I will log a suggestion for Product Development.
Do your international bidders tell you why? Most likely it is their ISP or the browser that they are using because we do not block people from using checkout. Let us know if they've given you a reason as to why it won't work for them.

The international bidders can get in and enter the info, but when they click to save, it gives them an error message. I keep thinking it is because of I haven't entered shipping options for international bidders, only for USA bidders.
Ok, even though I can't file thru AW for NPB on fixed price items, how about at least putting the option there and telling me I have to go directly thru eBay to file if I click on it and at least giving me the countdown. That would make me happy!
That is the reason -- I checked your preferences and your only option is USPS Priority. That is for US shipping only so if you have an international bidder running through your checkout and they try to select that, they'll get an error. Try deselecting the WBN step 1 for one of your international bidders, entering in an international-friendly shipping carrier, and then resend the WBN. That should take care of the problem.

Thanks for your FAST response!
However, with the WBN going out so fast, and those nasty (NOT!) snipers, I don't know who is international or not! And, if I don't send out the WBNs automatically, then I have to be around when the auction closes, etc. Even tho I am here most of the time when auctions end, I kinda like the freedom of not having to be, so I guess I'll have to live with this! I'll try to catch it when I can.

I do a pretty large number of international sales, and haven't had any more difficulties with international buyers using the checkout feature than any other buyers. Roughly 10 - 20% of my buyers complain about the checkout regardless of whether they are US or international.
