Hi, all: How can I increase the number of closed auctions which will display for me? I was searching for something I sold November 10th, couldn't find it, and message at top of closed-auctions list said "showing 50 of 79." I saw no way to advance to the other 29, so I had to go in and archive some of my closed auctions in order to bring the number down to 50.
The missing auctions weren't in the archives yet, either, of course, or I'd have looked for them there. What gives?

Go to sales manager then on the left of the page click on closed auctions.
Then you scroll down to the bottom of the page and should be able to advance to different pages to see them all.

Hi Roadsmith,
I see that you have some auctions in closed that ended on November 10. Are any of those the one you were looking for? If not what is the ID number for the auction?

Sonya: Yes, now I've found them (because I deleted enough auctions from "closed" to get the number below 50!) I still would like to know HOW I can increase the number of closed auctions that show (get more than 50) OR access the ones that aren't in that list? They seem to be in some sort of AW purgatory.
When you click on the Closed Link on the left hand side, you get a page that displays nothing but your closed auctions. If you have more than what the display allows, you will see page numbers at the bottom that you can click on. This way you won't have to delete auctions just to view them all in one window, you can page through them. I hope this helps!

thanks, Sonya. When first searching for those closed auctions, I looked in vain for page numbers at the bottom; they weren't there. Now that I have my closed items under 50, there's no way to see if the page links are now at the bottom of the list. That was the first thing I looked for, originally. . . .
