What's wrong with my settings? The Billpoint payments register in Post Sale but the Paypal do not.

Hello,

I checked some of your closed auctions and PayPal and Billpoint both come up as payment options. Can you give me an example of a closed auction that doesn't have them?

Not payment options. In Post Sale, key #2 where I am notified of buyer's payment, all Billpoint payments automatically record but none of Paypal's does. How can I change my settings so Paypal payments will automatically record?

Hello,

You can set up PayPal-Mailstep to achieve this. To learn more about how it works, please visit this URL:

As long as your winners fill out the WBN completely, and pay through PayPal via the link provided at the end of the WBN, this should allow step 3 to automatically record itself as Paid.
