Hi all, and Happy New Year!
I need a little info and help from any kind souls out there in the know.

Mainly, I'd like to know what my options are as far as receiving payments from other countries, besides Paypal.

Some of my buyers don't like it, and I hear that there are huge fees for me to cash US, etc money orders in UK. Does anyone know about this? Is there any way for a US buyer to get a MO in pounds?

Also, I'd like to be able to use more of my post sale features, but I usually wind up doing it mostly by hand, one item at a time, because you are only allowed to enter a postage price in dollars! Therefore, I can't send WBN--so I use the paypal ones instead. Those are good--but it sure would be nice to be able to do THAT from auction watch!

I have a similar problem in Australia. We can get over it if the bidder sends an International Money Order in local currency ie: Aussie $ or GBP in your case. The only condition here being that the bank it is drawn on must have a branch in australia - it is treated then as cash. Check out your banks, maybe its' the same for UK.
Many of my bidders like Bidpay - Personally, I'd not recommend due to reason above (they only issue in US$) and the delay in getting payment is, on average, 5 weeks to Aus.

Problem solved! Bidpay will now issue money orders in pounds sterling to sellers in the U.K. Go to www.bidpay.com . At the bottom of the option button column on the left side of the home page is a link to the page explaining the new service.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
