I attempted to list multiple auctions on ebay and accidentally attempted to list a number of dutch auctions with buy-it-now features which does not work. When I attempted to delete these dutch auctions from the pending screen, it did not update my inventory page so I was unable to list them individually. What do I do to correct my inventory and remove the items from "on auction" to "available quantity" so I may list them on ebay?

Hello,

Did they launch yet? I checked your pending and nothing was there. If they launched, then you'll need to cancel them directly on eBay and wait for them to drop from active to closed. This should correct your inventory -- let me know if it does not. You can always increase the quantity available in the basic information tab for those items that are in inventory and launch them again.

Regards,

Sonya
