I have all auctions scheduled for insertion that have been stuck in proccessing for 15 min or longer. I have listed directly to ebay and it goes through as soon as I hit submit. I read in other post this is an ebay problem. If this is so then why can I list directly to ebay. Once again using aw on free listing day defeats the purpose. If your system can't handle the listings then at least let us know so we won't waiste our time. I would appreciate a response in this matter so I will have time to cancel auctions, list directly to ebay and pay aw twice as much.

Hello,

At this time the launch latency is around 20 minutes. There currently is a system overload at eBay -- eBay is working with us to add resources to the api pool at this time.

The announcement regarding this issue is being updated in the Announcements forum so I recommend that you check that for status. If you cancel anything in Processing mode, that does not guarantee the launch will be stopped so be sure you check your eBay seller list before launching anything again -- or you'll end up with duplicates.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

The problem is the communication with us to the eBay API. We are working on that right now, with eBay.

I have an auction stuck in processing since 1345 PST, and it's now 1430. That's more than 20 minutes latency.

To be stuck for 15 minutes or 20 minutes would have been fine by me - mine has been stuck for 1 hr and 30 minutes!

I walked away an hour and a half ago to fix dinner, eat dinner, do the dishes - came back aaghhh - still stuck. Oh well - I wasn't surprised. I would like to have participated in free listing day - but using AW - I have NEVER been able to.

Nothing new.

2 hour delay here . I'm anxiously awaiting for an update. Should we just be hanging up our hats now? I wanted to keep listing up to Midnight eBay time; this really disappoints.

I still cannot get mine out of pending, one of the messages:

Error 17: Item not found in eBay's database.
Item with id '1070566777' is invalid or no longer present in eBay's database.

So what if it's not in eBay's base, it is here in AW files? Can't it be programmed to go ahead and do whatever it has to do to launch? I've tried various things and these that are left will still not launch. There were many that got stuck here and did not get in by midnight eBay time. Some launched when I checked them off and clicked relist.

This should be an automatic transition when an error occurs or at least directions given to fix it instead of an error message. I don't care what's causing it because I don't understand it anyway. We all should be able to continue listing instead of wasting time trying to fix errors on the ones we've already worked up.

Last time you said click copy but there is no copy choice on these, it says error instead.

Hi Larrkpoodle,

That error occurs usually when you try to relist something that no longer exists on eBay. The way around that is to select the auction in pending and hit edit -- you'll see a blue Copy button towards the upper right corner. Click on that, and launch the copy.

Sonya
