I have several ( around 12 or more that I currently know of) auctions that have closed with the winner using the BUY IT NOW OPTION, some of them 3 days ago, and still they are not showing up in my closed or post sale categories. These people are frustrated as they are not receiving their winning bidder notifcations, and I am frustrated cause they want to pay for them and they are no where to be found in any of my categories. Please help. I have people who have paid for their auctions they have won, and I can't even print out an invoice for them cause their auctions are not showing up anywhere. Some of the auction numbers are as follows to help you research this. #3102209005, 3102208402, 3102208375, 3102209432, 3102208119, 3102208407, 3102208382, 3102207918,3102209319, 3102208952, 3102208626, 3102208945. These auctions are all in Post Sale -- some of them are combined into orders which is probably why you can't find them at first glance. If you click on the Post Sale link in the Display Options box, you'll have the ability to search for these auctions by auction id number. I hope this helps!
