I've had several winning bidder complain that the Paypal like on my WBN comes back with an error message of some sort that prevents the transaction from completing. My paypal account is fine and all bidder have been able to go directly to Paypal and pay me. Is there a way that I can troubleshoot my WBN notice so that I can see for myself what's wrong? Thanks in advance

Hi Carlos,
You need to have your PayPal email address stored in order for it to work correctly. I checked your Global Preferences and you don't have it in there, once you correct that, your winners will be able to checkout via PayPal.
