I see in the template creation section of the lister that there is an option for Embeded Layout Template , I would like more info like html code that would let me insert the pictures, after they are uploaded to you , where I want them in the ad as we use our own custom html template with your image hosting and list them through auctionwatch, so a link or the actual Embeded template info page would be nice , thanx

Hi Jewljack,

To obtain the code which contains your image URL(s), follow these steps:

1. Click the Image Hosting tab.
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to select.
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "Attach" button.
4. Choose "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)", select New Auction, and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the item description box.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

The embedded layout is mainly meant for when you import listing feature in the sales manager tab -- it is the layout connected with those listings after they are imported. You can use it when you create your listings, however you can't use the attach image feature with it -- you would need to insert HTML for your images in the description box.

Sonya

Thank you , even though this doesnt really answer my question since there must be more codes we could use simmilar to %%PICTURE1%% type of code I could put in the description as to position the pictures exactly where I want ie. a box or whatever

We apprecieate greatly you and chris and the rest of Customer support for your super quick responses and email follow ups , It makes a big difference and we have been using AW and especially theese message boards for over 2 years and have seen aw progress grow just right like custom extra shipping fields and a fantastic easy to use layout you have constantly responded to our requests and it ismuch appreciated.
