When creating a new listing there is an dialog box for including all of your shipping info. It states that it will be added to the listings but that's not happening for me? I've started to modify my pending listings to include the shipping into in the description dialog box and the shipping dialog box. Is this the best way to handle it? I'm tempted to not include it in the shipping dialog box at all but I believe it states that it will also use that info post say (in the wbn???) Am I missing something or do I really have to list this info in both places?

Hello Carlos,
It actually depends on what shipping information you want included. In your My Account tab, if you go to Global Preferences, you will see an option in the Auction Listing Options section that allows you to insert the shipping and handling information for each listing. What that inserts is the carrier, and the shipping price. If you have something else you want to include, like your own shipping terms and policies, at the bottom of Global Preferences you will see a default text box. Whatever you enter in there will appear in every listing, after your item description.
