I always have to wait for at least 12 hours to see the BUY IT NOW auction shows up in Post Sale. My customers cannot wait to pay, they have to email me for total and WBN, but I can't send it because the auction is not in Post Sale yet.
On 1/2/03, I have a buyer won 1 auction and BUY IT NOW on other 3 auctions, until now 1/4/03, the 3 BIN auction still not in Post Sale. The buyer has paid and without waiting for the WBN, but I can't combine order and proceed.

Go to active auctions and look for the page where the Buy It now is when you see them click refrash and thay will go down to close.
To move a BIN item to closed, you may either click the checkbox next to the item then the refresh button at the top of your active column, as jefftal1 has suggested, or you may use our mailstep system, which will take care of this for you automatically in the future.
