You can download your archived information by clicking the "Archive" link in Sales Manager. Select your date range and format, click "Export" and the archives will download into an excel spreadsheet.

Why not have a sales tax report for all paid auctions between a certain date range. Even better would be interaction with quickbooks but I won't hold my breath. What I'll be doing is archiving all paid auctions and then downloading the data needed and will probably have to unarchive some of the auctions when done as I am still need access to some of the data in my current history.
