I'm trying to list an auction tonight. After writing it up....I click on Save....nothing happens. I click on "sales manager"....nothing happens. Then on launch...same thing. I can access Community, Image Hosting...but, not sales manager. I can't tell if the auction was saved....because I can't access "sales manager". I've cleared my cache, history, rebooted. I could use some guidance.

Hello,

I checked your account, and there is one item in pending without a set time/date to list titled : '8' Shamrock lights ~ Irish ~ Decorations~ NIB.'

If you can access all other parts of the site, there is no reason why you should have trouble with the sales manager tab.

Is there an error when it finally fails to load?

If this persists, we can lower the quantity of items per page and see if this is just a timeout issue.

No, I don't get an error message....the "sales manager" button is just not "clickable". I was finally able to launch the shamrock lights auction....but, now am having the same problem with another auction that I am trying to list.

When you reach that page, bookmark it. What happens when you click on the link shown above?

I don't have any problem clicking on the link that you sent to me. I am only having a problem with Sales Manager and Store Manager.

Bookmark those two for future reference, just in case your browser keeps running into issues seeing the ones on the page correctly.
