When we go to clear deadbeat bidder auctions out of our "Awaiting Payment and Items to ship" status' the PAYMENT RECEIVED notice is being sent. All we are doing is clicking on the status checkbox (#3-6), so they no longer appear on our current auctions.
Why is this happening, and how is it stopped. This e-mail should not be sent unless we select "Send Payment Received Notice" right?
I checked your settings in Post Sale Management Options and you have the option checked off to send the payment received notice automatically. You can go in to that area of your My Account tab and deselect it -- this way when you check off the appropriate checkboxes, the notice won't get sent. Let me know if you have trouble doing this.
