Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change your AuctionWatch account name for you. If you need to change your account name, you will need to register a new AuctionWatch account.
Note that we cannot transfer your existing account information (images, inventory, customer lists, etc.) to your new account. This means that any images that you have stored in your current account will need to be re-uploaded into the new account, and you will need to reattach them to any auctions that utilized images from your old account.
You will be able to reimport your active/closed auctions into your new account using the Track Auction feature, and you will also be able to import your winning bidders once your eBay ID is entered in your new account.
If you do proceed to register a new account, you will need to notify us once this is done and we will manually move the auction site ID(s) from your old account to your new one. Note that your new account will not be eligible for the 2 week trial plan.
Please be aware that only one AuctionWatch account per unique email address is allowed. If you have multiple eBay accounts, you will need to register one AuctionWatch.com account for each individual eBay account for use with Sales Manager.

I am having even more trouble. i have forgotten my username but i do know my password. How do I get my username again from you? this is on a second account that i want to use.
