The error message I am getting is "Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected."
I have tried to relaunch them upteen times but always get the same error message.
According to the errors returned from Yahoo, you need to log into your Yahoo account and enter in your verification number for your credit card. Once you have done this you should be able to resubmit these items.

I verified my credit card long ago. Maybe I have to do it periodically? The last time I sold there was about a year ago.
I have logged on to Yahoo and can't find where I would do this.

Hello shibamarie & dadofstickboy,
Yahoo runs into issues like these all the time. Try listing a brand new test auction directly from their site. When you choose a category to list to, then hit the continue button, it will ask for you any missing information.
shibamarie - in your case, this is when it should ask for any credit card information, if it is needed.
dadofstickboy - this is where it will ask you for your password again, which usually means an invalid security key was used recently to attempt a login, so they make you verify your Yahoo wallet information and then supply you with a new key. In your case, you will need to click on the title of these items in your pending section and verify that the correct security key was entered.
How to know your all setup and ready to list :
If you can go to Yahoo, create a new auction, select the category and continue without being prompted for further information, then your setup and ready to launch. (Provided your security key/login information is stored correctly.)

Went to Yahoo verified all info.
Listed an auction there manually, everything OK.
Came back here verified all info.
Still errors out!

Hello dadofstickboy,
The fact that you did in fact have to verify something when you logged into list a test listing at Yahoo proves that there was something wrong before. At least we know the error before was not incorrect, as there was in fact an issue with your listing to Yahoo that needed to be corrected.
Now, as I said before, you are one step closer.
When you verified whatever it was, were you sure to update that information here as well?
Pehaps you got a new password or security key?
I ran another test, and the system is showing that Yahoo is still asking for further information after we provide the category.
When you did your test, were you able to create a test auction, a new one, and get past the 'continue' button after that first category page? If you get to that page and Yahoo asks for your password again, or more information, then we cannot submit your listings on your behalf.

I was able to list at yahoo with no hangups.
I came back here and updated all info.
Still no go.
I went in one auction here in pending and changed the key.
Still no go.
Then I deleated all pending and tried to relaunch from inventory.
Still no go.
I should add, make sure to update the security key within the listing itself. You keep mentioning updating it, so I assume it has changed. Unfortunately, inventory items have a specific field for the security key, so you need to edit the Yahoo specifics to update the key before you launch.
The best way to see if you are setup correctly now, is to create a brand new Yahoo item from the Sales Manager tab, or be sure to edit the item before you list to add this new key.

Chris:
Question!
When I go to acct. settings and edit.
When I'm done it says (continue) and I leave the page.
Shouldn't it say that your new settings have been saved.
Because it doesn't!
The continue button is the save, there is no confirmation page. If you are unsure because your browser acted strangely, edit it and just count the number of asterisks in the password/security key field.
