I have had 4 auctions that ended in buy it now in the last two days and they are not showing up in the post sale. Also the ones that do show up the winning bid notice is not sent automatically.

Hello,

You can place a check mark beside these items in your active list, then hit the refresh button to drop them to the closed section.

We also have a system to help process these automatically, available : here.
