I have search the board, but didn't find anything on this. I need to be able to include HTML (link a graphic of my company and a simple table). Question is, how do I include HTML in the email templates? Is there a special way to delimit the HTML code?

Hello,

You can use HTML in the WBN. Are you familiar with HTML code? You can edit the WBN messages in Post Sale Management Options in your My Account tab.
