Hello,
I am able to view your images on both our site and ebay. What operating system and browser are you using?

Internet explorer 6.0 I just got a note from A.W and I cleared my whole cookie file in Windows all but the index I don't know which were A.W. cookies so I cleared them all into the recycle bin and my question was is this the right thing to do, since I might have a corrupt cookie, but since I have done this I now Have all images in every auction including my image hosting, so obviously it could have been a corrupt cookie but the question is should I empty my recycle bin, as I said I am not sure what ones would be A.W I would have to look at them all, please advise.

I've had to do this a couple of times. The only way to get rid of a corrupted cookie is to get rid of all of them. One thing is for sure, there is no shortage of fresh baked cookies at AuctionWatch. They will have those deleted cookies replaced in no time. In fact, after logging in to make your last post, go look at your cookie file and see what's in there now
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

As you know the problem I was having and I cleared the cookies I got the pics back, but this morning it is the same problem any other suggestions??????
1. Since you are using IE, please install all available Microsoft updates. To do this, click on "Tools" on your browser tool bar. Then:
-Click on "Windows Update".
-Click on "Product Update" on the Microsoft site.
-Wait while Microsoft determines what software updates are needed.
-Click on "Critical Updates".
-Install "Critical Updates".
-Restart your computer.
2. Clear your browser cache again, or try to use a different browser to view your images or access our website.
3. Are you on dialup? If you are try using an alternate access number.
4. Check any web monitoring tools you may be running to make sure image viewing is enabled.
If you go through these four steps and the problem still exists, please let me know.

Hello undisputed,
Please check again, as it appears that one of our ISPs had a brief outage at around the time of your post. The outage did not last very long, so you should not be having any trouble at this time.

Diana, I sent a tracert with my numbers and heard no reply and since you sent this reply we still cannot see images from A.W. or on the launching, no images.
