How come the last collection of my closed auctions was on 1/13? Doesn't your service supposed to automatically collect everything. It makes me nervous that it might be unreliable. I am in my 2 week trial. thanks, George
followup - I clicked Import my listings and now they show up. I don't want to have to click anything. How do I get it to collect auctiomatically. I want a service that provides collection and WBN to be fully automatic for my regular, buy-it-now, dutch, and fixed-priced auctions. Can I expect this from your service? thanks George

I am looking at your closed auctions on and I see some from 1/17/03. Are you not able to see these? Have you tried refreshing your page?

Please see my followup in my orginal message. I just clicked the "Import my listings" link and then I noticed they came in about 3 minutes later. But they were not in there before. I need to understand why they didn't automatically import? thanks george

Hi George,
Did you list those items through AW or through eBay? If they were listed on eBay, you do need to import them to your AW account in order for them to move from active to closed -- thus allowing you to use post sale on those items.
