A few weeks ago Airborne starting pushing their GROUND delivery service and their use of OfficeMax as a place to drop packages for shipment.
I signed up for an account and have found them to be less expensive than UPS or the USPS and the delivery times have been excellent.
BUT, AuctionWatch does not allow me to specify "Airborne Ground" as a delivery method, just "Airborne Express" or "Airborne 2nd Day". Airborne has offered Ground service for a while, so I am suprised this is not listed.
Can it be added to AuctionWatch online? What can I do in the meantime so my buyer are not confused about what method I am using?
There are two blank custom fields for shipping that you can use for shipment methods that are not available in the drop down menus provided. You can specify the defaults in Global Preferences. This would be the thing to do for now, I will log a suggestion for Airborne Ground with product development to be added in the list.
