Mailstep for the past day has not forwarded all of my mail. PayPal notices for instance have reached the server (they have credited to the correct accounts) but not all have forwarded to my email (some have, some have not). I have had no email issues with my ISP that I am aware of so suspect that not all of the mail is being forwarded correctly or in a worst case scenario is going to another user.

Hello Davebraun,
Of the ones that you are getting, are they the Instant Payment Notification emails or the ones that actually tell you the payment has processed? They wouldn't be going to another user since you have received some.

At 4:52 AM a payment was sent for 2606420469, the payment was credited automatically to the account on AW but I did not receive the email until 2:06PM (about 9 hours later) to the email address that mailstep forwards to. At the time I left the post I had not received the email. As it credited in a timely fashion I assume that PayPal sent to mailstep (I found the credit around 8:30 this morning when I logged onto AW to run my invoice batch "items to ship". I checked my PayPal log for the transaction time (4:52AM). There are others.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Davebraun,
I have heard back from engineering and it appears that the problem is with earthlink -- there was a delay in your ISP receiving the email from Mailstep so you might want to double check with earthlink to see if they are still having email issues.
