Hi there,
How do I launch my auctions in alphabetical order by description. I launch large auctions and I would like to use this feature as I have seen other auctions listed on ebay in this way and believe it would help bidders find their way around. Sales manager allows a sort of the batch items into aphabetical order but when the auction is launched the items do not get listed in this order but are listed in the order that they were in prior to the sorting. We have tried adding the images last and in alphabetical order after the items in the batch were sorted because we thought perhaps the order of the items was dictated by the image order, this made no difference. Help!!

Hello Kirsten,
I will have to double-check this, but I believe that there is no way to launch your items alphabetically. Launches are dictated by the scheduled times only, and to the best of my knowledge cannot be sorted additionally. You might want to try sorting your list by launch time (ie. list "A" items to end earliest, and "Z" items to end last.) In SM Pro, you can set launch times in increments of 5 minutes.

It would be great if you could check how the program selects the item order. Maybe there is some way we can still sort them. We'll try the time shedule. Thanks.
