How do you relist from Sales Manager, When you have an auction win with BUY IT NOW (So there is no secondary bidder), and the winner never pays. I did the NPB and FVFCR thru my Sales Manager Fulfillment Checklist for the Auction. Do I Archive, then Relist? Help!!!

Hello fxgal1,

There is no need to archive the item - you can relist the item directly from post-sale. Simply click post-sale, then select the item from the sold items list and click the "relaunch" button (you will not see this button on the Awaiting Payment screen.)
