Can someone please tell me how to make my pictures larger using auction watch. I have seen several ebay sellers that use auction watch and the picures are very large and clear. I signed up last night for a two week trail hoping to see sharp, large pictures that show great detail and it did not happen. Please help me, I know it can be done.

Hello rdtmoody,
We accept pictures exactly as they are saved on your computer. If you want your pictures to be larger, you will need to resize them prior to uploading. If your images appear to be distorted when you upload them, this is a function of AOL - see if you can disable the "compress graphics" option located under your WWW preferences.
If you would like a scaled-down version of the picture to appear in the auction, you can enable this by following these steps:
-Click on the "My Account" tab
-Click on the "Global Preference" link
-Check or uncheck the box for "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation"
-Click "Save Preferences"
Please be aware that automatic resizing will -only- be activated if an image is over 250 pixels wide. If your image is 250 pixels wide or smaller, there will be no "click to view larger version" option on your auction listing.
Also note that you must copy and paste all of the code generated by our system into your auction if you are using image hosting only in order to take advantage of this feature.
