I would like to be able to download my customers' information and also be able to download my sales data. My customer data would be for mail merging for printing out labels. My sales data for bookeeping. Is there an easy way to do this on Vendio?
The Archive feature allows you to do this -- archives download as a CSV file, which can be opened in any spreadsheet program (the default being Excel). Depending on the format you choose to download, you will have a wider selection of fields, but they do include the customer information for your sold items and what they sold at, tax applied, etc. Once you download it and open it, you can use that information in any bookkeeping program or label program. Archive is located in Sales Manager, under Display Options.
