I decided to experiment and go a different direction in my business, so I started on eBay under a new user name. I wanted to go ahead and have everything go thru Vendio as I have on my other account, and when I signed up, you gave me a free 2 week preview. I just got a statement that I owed some money (charged to my credit card). I thought a free preview was a FREE preview. Why was I charged?

Oh, and another thing - what fee schedule did they use for my FREE preview? I sold about $8 worth of stuff and I was charged $2.50 - that's more than a 30% charge overall. And one last thing - I have decided NOT to continue under this name. I'm not going to be charged anything if I do not use it for any more auctions, correct? Or do I have to officially notify you that this account is closed?

Hello blowouttoys,
Please take a look at your online statement for your account blowouttoys, I am not showing any charges on this account during your two week free trial.

I'm not sure where to look, and I know it says I have a zero balance, but I think that's because it was already charged on my credit card. Here's a copy of part of the email I received from the billing dept.:
Previous Balance: $0.00
Payments and Credits: $0.00
Fees and Debits: $2.51
Past Due Balance: $0.00
______________________________________________________________________
Current Balance Due: $2.51
______________________________________________________________________
You currently have a credit card on file for billing purposes. Your invoice amount of $2.51 will automatically be charged to your credit card within the next 5 to 7 days.

Hello blowouttoys,
Do you have another account? I do not see any charges applied to account 'blowouttoys' during the free trial. You can look for yourself at the statement for your first billing cycle, you will not see any charges.

Diana: Yes, I have another account (toyspast), but they are seperate accounts. What does the $2.51 apply to then? That statement was sent to my blowouttoys account.
Would you mind forwarding the invoice email to [email protected], so that I can take a look? There should not be any charges applied to account 'blowouttoys'.
