What is going on with email (Customer Manager)

customers are not getting messages and neither am I when I cc to myself.

Hello,

I have tested the customer manager tool and the emails are sending properly. Have you had customers tell you they are not receiving your messages? If so, are they the same email client (like all AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) or all different?
