Am I the only one in the universe that can't get Sales Manager going this morning? Every time I try to list to ebay, I get a screen saying this page is "unavailable". Also, there's little "x"s all over my screen where Vendio hits should be. I have opened, closed, shut down, rebooted, etc. and the same thing comes up each time when I get back to Vendio. Help!

Hi Ghobz,

Are you still having this problem right now? Please double check your internet connection and perhaps clear your cache. Let us know if the problem persists.

Hello Sonya,

Yes I am still having problems. I continue to get a "this page unavailable" screen when I click on any number of Vendio options. I am not sure about my internet connection....it seems fine; I am using ebay and e-mail just fine. But I can't do a thing on Vendio. I have emptied the cache, but that doesn't seem to help a bit. ghobz

Is there a phone number I can call you at for help? I have e-mailed Vendio twice and haven't even received an automated reply. I continue to have major problems...can't do a thing on Vendio. My internet connection is fine. I have been unable to conduct business using Vendio all morning. NOTHING happens! When I click on closed auctions, the entire page of active, closed, and pending comes up. When I try to cancel pending auctions, they all come right back up. When I try to click on anything....the identical screen I was at comes up. When I try to list an item, the listing page is incomplete. When I try to preview a listing, only portions of it come up. And there's red "x"s all over the place. As a result, I've had a Monday on a Tuesday. My patience is wearing very thin; please help! ghobz

Hello,

Unfortunately we are not set up for phone support at this time. Who is your ISP? Have you tried accessing your Vendio account from another browser? Do you have other access numbers you can try for your ISP?
