I've had a longterm problem whenever I use AW to launch an auction that has an apostrophe in the title. The apostrophe gets dropped and comes out as just a blank space. It used to be this way for my item descriptions, too, now it seems to be just the title.
Usually I catch it in time and can go through eBay to manually correct the title.
But in my latest series of auctions I listed a set of Reader's Digest Songbooks (item #2532763470) and couldn't figure out why I was getting so few hits on these books that usually provoke eBay bidding wars. I just took another look and see that the title reads "Reader s Digest Songbooks." So when somebody searches for "Reader's Digest Songbooks," my listing doesn't come up.
While I can't change this auction because it already has bids, is there anything I can do to keep this from happening again?

Hello chrisnich,
The behavior you have described can happen when you are cut/pasting from a Word document that is not saved as plain text. Word formatted documents save text in a format that is not always properly interpreted by web forms. I would recommend either typing your titles directly into the form, or saving your document as plain text before you paste the title in.
