Hi,
Can someone please help me concerning the use of the templates in AW sales manager? When I go to change templates for putting up my auctions on ebay, I get an error screen when trying to access the AW holiday or standard templates (under the 'see all templates'). I didn't have a problem before. Why am I now having the problem? Did a change happen within AW when changing over to Vendio? Do I have to reconfigure a setting or something? I have WIN98 and IE ver. 6. The 'Internet Explorer script error screen' pops up saying an error has occurred in the script on that page? It indicated that the error is: object doesn't support this property or method. It also gives line, char., code, and url (which lists 'set as default', select template, and other computer lingo.) It asks if I want to continue running script on this page. But whether I select yes or no the rest of the templates don't come up. I don't want to limit my being able to select editing my templates to what I already have to choose from. Does this info help in order to provide me with help? What else is needed to get the help I need?

Hello Debbie,
We are aware of the problem you've outlined, and we are working on correcting it now. It is not normal system behavior, and it has nothing to do with the Vendio name change. We hope to be able to resolve this quickly.
