Over the last 2-3 weeks, it is no exaggeration that at least a dozen buyers were querying me as to the whereabouts of their merchandise.

None had paid. All thought they had paid through Paypal when they checked out using Vendio.

In Post Management Options, although I see the e-mail customers get which refers to the checkout link, I do not see the checkout itself.

Something near the close of the checkout process is giving these people the notion that all is OK. That filling out Vendio will take care of Paypal.

Many people on Ebay have a computer IQ score south of 60. Baby steps please.

Hello,

You can add text in your WBN email and welcome messages informing the buyer to please click on the link at the end of checkout to PayPal, in order to complete the sale. The link is in black and is underlined -- it's also bigger than other text on the checkout confirmation page -- if buyers are reminded on each page they go to in checkout that they must click that link at the end of it, it should prompt them to do so, cutting down on these problems you have been having.

Regards,

Sonya
