XP crashed on me last week and I had to completely reinstall it. Since that time Vendio keeps making me relog in. Last night when my auctions ended, I had 5 sets on auctions to combine. After each set of auctions was combined and I pressed the "look for auctions to combine" button, Vendio took me to a log in page and I had to relog on. It happens occasionally in other places also. I assume that this has something to do with reinstalling my OS but I don't know what. Any suggestions as to what I can do to stay logged in?
If you keep getting returned back to the login page, please go through the following steps:
1. Clear the cache in your browser. To do this in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files (Delete Files.) In Netscape, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Cache (Clear Memory Cache, Clear Disk Cache.)
2. Make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies. Our login function is cookie-based, and you will not be able to log in unless your browser is set to accept cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0: First check your Privacy level under Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy. If your Privacy level is set above medium, your browser may reject cookies. If you are using a Custom level, please click Advanced, and select Accept Cookies.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0: Cookie settings are located under Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0: Cookie settings are located under View -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security.
If you are using Netscape 4.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced.
If you are using Netscape 6.0: Cookie settings are located under Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Cookies.
3. Check the settings of any security or firewall software that may be installed on your computer. This type of software may cause your browser to reject cookies and thus prevent you from logging in to your account (this is particularly true if you have your security settings turned up past Medium.)
4. If the above recommendations do not work, you might have a corrupt cookie stored in your cookie file. Please delete all Vendio (and/or AuctionWatch) cookies from your cookie file in order to correct this. If you are using Internet Explorer, cookies are stored by default in folder C:\Windows\Cookies. If you are using Netscape, the default location is C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\default\cookies.
5. Make sure that you are entering your Vendio account name and password correctly. Note that your email address is not the same as your Vendio account name, and that your Vendio account name is not necessarily the same as your eBay ID.
Let me know if none of these solutions work for you.

This still keeps happening periodically. I have watched to see if there is any pattern to this but I don't see one. Some it happens in Post Sale when I click one of the buttonms such as 'Shipped', 'Paid', etc. Sometimes it happens when I right click a link to open up Post Sale in a new window, sometimes it happens when I go from page 1 of closed auctions to page 2, etc.
I made all the changes recommended above but still get it. It happens on average about every 5-10 page changes.
