Effective June 12, Paypal will no longer accept payments for items listed in the Mature Adult category and eBay will end any mature auctions that have any reference to paypal in them as stated below in an email I receieved today.
"Please note that you may continue to sell items within eBay’s Mature Audience categories. After June 12, 2003, you may not, however, accept PayPal as a payment for any of your Mature Audience auctions, including those listed before the June 12th deadline. After June 12, none of your Mature Audience listings may include PayPal logos, links to PayPal, or text referring to PayPal. eBay will end any auction that contains such information."
I don't sell much in this category, but I do sell some and want to find out if Vendio is going to make any changes for this. My seller preferences include adding the Paypal logo, I have paypal checked as a payment method and my default listing text includes reference to accepting paypal payments. I'm sure other Vendio customers are going to be affected by this also.

Vendio will not be making any changes regarding the Mature Adult Category.
A work around which you can use is to unselect PayPal as a selected payment type when listing items in this category. As far as the default text, you might want to create a separate default text which you use for the Mature Adult Cateogory only. You could create a listing which is set up just for the Mature Adult Category and leave it in the pending section. Then when you wished to list in that category you could just copy that pending listing and your default text which you have set up just for Mature Adult Category will be there.
