I do not receieve a copy of all of my WBNs. I have it set up to copy me. I get some but not all.

Customers are reporting problems with PayPal. The shipping amount is erratic and not what I list in SMBE.

Any ideas to solutions?

Hello,

I have responded to your post about this in the Business Edition forum. Here is a copy of what I answered back to you:

There is only one version of SMBE -- we have discontinued upgrades for the program. Although we are not planning to add any new features to Business Edition, we will continue to allow BE uploads and will still offer technical support for the application.

What are the item ID numbers for ones you did not receive a copy of the WBN?

Do you have shipping set up in PayPal? Make sure you check your preferences in PayPal, and take out any shipping charges being applied so that there is no conflict when people go to PayPal to pay for items.
