Do you support the new offering where Ebay will not allow a BIN auction to end until AFTER the person pays with Paypal. If so, how do we enable it?

I believe this is something you'd have to enable on eBay's side, but I will have to check into this for you and get back to you. I'll post back as soon as I have more information.
