when I go to print my packing slips it isn't including the shipping that was also paid. I want their invoice to reflect the "true" amount that they paid me.
When your buyers went through checkout, did they select the shipping amount from the selections you provided, or did they add it in separately? If possible, please provide some item numbers of the affected items so that we can take a look.
