When I try to launch, it wipes out my starting bid and the Buy It Now, and the Reserve. It comes back and asks me to add them. Help, I need this on now!

Hello,

What are you entering in as the starting price and the reserve bid? It currently says 0.00 for both.

Sonya

I have been trying to put in $1,300 for each as that is the price he has to have to break even

Hi Kasue,

The reserve needs to be higher than the starting price. When you are entering in the price, try entering 1300.00 rather than 1,300. Let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Sonya

Now it is telling me it is an "untranslated error". I put the starting price at 100.00 and left out the commas for the reserve and buy it now. What could be wrong? I really need this on!

I still can't figure it out. I thought it might be because I had to alter the box that automatically puts in information at the bottom of the auction listing each time.

Shall I just try to launch it from ebay and link to the pictures from auctionwatch?

Hi Kasue,

Can you try creating it as a brand new auction, with the same information, and launch that one? Let me know if the same error appears.

Sonya

Hi Kasue,

Actually, go ahead and try launching the original item. I emailed engineering about this and they fixed your item for you.

Sonya, I just decided to list it through Ebay. It went right through.

Hi Kasue,

If you run into this again, please let us know. This is a problem that engineering is working on with eBay.

Sonya
