I am very annoyed. My customers who win more than one auction or who order more than one in the dutch auctions, are being charged shipping for EACH ITEM ! some are being charged 33.00 for buying 5 items! i only want them to be charged 2.99 flat fee, no matter how many items they buy! i clicked off the option "usps shipping 2.99 first item". then i put "2.99 OFF each additional item" they are still being charged.
When did you setup this shipping discount? Note that it will only apply to items launched after the change was made, not items active when the change was made.
Also, I would change it to the % option instead, and list the shipping discount for additional items at 100%.
