Please help me with this question I have received from customers in the past 3 weeks.
When they fill out the form (check-out) and choose the shipping option ( 1 scenario) they are linked to a unsecure area. This makes my customers uneasy about continuing with payment directly thru this link.
What can the problem be?

Checkout is secure -- what page is coming up insecure, is it the confirmation page? The page where they leave their info is secure, as evidenced by the https in the browser address area.
