Hello,
I am having the same trouble on Vendio I had a few days ago. I can get to the Control Panel on Sales Manager...but when I click on "create listing" I get a blank screen. Last time this happened, I tried to refresh the screen, log in again, etc. to no avail. It just corrected itself on it's own. I have no idea what's happening, but it is interfering with my ability to conduct business. We have upgraded our browser as suggested a while back. Thanks in advance for your help. ghobz
This is mainly due to the size of eBay's Category tree. We are looking into it right now -- you say you get a blank screen, does it ever finish loading? Do you get errors?

I am also having the same problem.I click the e-bay icon but nothing happens.The page says "opening" but it is just a blank screen.I am doing the free trail to see if this is something that I want.So I may be doing something wrong.Any help? Thank you.

Wait for the page to completely load -- the eBay Category Tree is rather large now, so it's taking a bit longer than normal. Let us know how long it takes for you.

Black screen when I try to list on Ebay, screen is blank - can't pick category, so can't list, this happened last week too, I've waited it never loads but it says done on bottom of my screen thanks
