I am having troubles getting all of my customers to show up so that I can send out a mass mailing to them. It keeps telling me that it has all of my 3800+ customers pulled up, but when I click on that I want to select all of the customers in all 4 of the mailing list options, it tells me the website is not responding. I have used this feature before and it has worked, so I think I am doing it correctly. I just want to send out a mailing to all of my past customers. The most I can get it to give me and allow me to send an email to is 10 customers. Please tell me if the function is down temporarily or if this dumby is doing something wrong...Thanks.....waiting to hear....
We have heard from a few others on this issue as well, apparently certain ISP's are timing out trying to load the 'ALL' list, however most others have been able to revert to doing 50 at a time.
Are you timing out on everything above 10? You may want to try simply clearing your browsers cache/temp files, then try going to the 50 per page option to see if you have better results.
