I've created an ad for e-Bay with one image of 42kb. When I try to upload the ad everything seems to go OK until it gets to the image and then it fails. The image is a jpeg and I cleared my cache as suggested in the FAQ. What else is there to do?
Is this Jpeg image your gallery image? If so, eBay is having a problem with Jpeg images currently and unable to accept them at this time. If you are trying to use the jpeg image as the gallery image, you may need to either rename the image so it is a xxx.jpg instead, or uncheck the gallery option at this time.
eBay has reported back that they are working on this issue, but we have no timeframe or workaround available unfortunately.

Hello cybertreaz,
What is the exact error message when the listing fails to upload?
Also, are you uploading this via Pro, or is this an item in the pending section of your account online? If the latter, what is the title for this item?
