I noticed that the category specifics for creating an ebay auction are comming up with just blank lines and a 0 in the box. I entered the category number manually and it did not bring up all the old line item category names as it used to. When I moved on I do see the correct category number is attributed to the auction. I hope that it is still going to launch without problems. Is this a glitch in the system?
Should I be concerned about launches being kicked back with error messages?

Are you still experiencing the blank category choices?
The problem is most likely related to recent changes that eBay made to their category map. Every time eBay updates their category map, we must also update the map on our site. This means that the first time a user visits the category page after an update, we must fetch the new map. Since the category map is fairly large, the time to fetch this page the first time after a category update is noticeably longer than normal, and this looks like a blank page.
Note that the update process can take several minutes. Please allow time for the map to update before exiting the page. After the map has been updated, time to access the category page should return to normal.
Unfortunately, there are certain ISPs or proxy networks that may time out when fetching this large page. We are working to add some visual feedback to this page to help show when the update is occurring, and when potential network problems are present that may prevent the transfer of the map data.

Hi Tara, the problem is still there. I left that page open for half an hour and nothing. There was also no indication of any new information uploading.

What is the category number you are entering? You mention that when you moved on you were able to see that the right category number was attached. How did you move on?

Hi Sonya, the scrolling options in Vendio for finding the category number are blank lines - if I look the number up on ebay and then come back and enter it by hand then hit continue it registers that category number as the one chosen on the next screen with all the other auction info.
