Hi, I hate to bother yah all again, but I have spent all morning trying to figure out how to insert my photo preview in the Ebay listing. I am fine on new listings as I have my Global preferences set. This is on my relistings (and the ones that I have messed up. When I tried to put in a bigger picture, they just dissapeared.) When I try to revise and insert a picture in the first free picture on ebay, I get an error message of "1313"...says insert a gallery url..I do that, then no photo preview...HELP...Step by step...Ebay has too many options to check when in there. Good morning Judy,
Are you referring to the photo preview for eBay listings that is up in the top left hand corner? I see that you have the photo preview on your listings which are currently live on eBay. And that you have your setting set properly in your account. For the listings in your pending section, when doing an eBay preview of what the listing will look like. You will not be able to see the photo preview until the listing has launched to eBay. I hope that this helps and please let me know if I can further assist you.
