I have a customer who has ordered store items to be added to a winning auction. At checkout, the only thumbnail photo that shows up is the auction one. Why are thumbnails of the store items ordered not showing? Is this going to happen with all store orders from now on? This is one of the features that make Vendio great - please don't take it away.
ps: Just to clarify - there are no boxes with x's in them as has happened intermittently in the past - there's just no reference to any thumbnail at all.

Hi Sonya, just touching base about this problem - it is still happening. I went back and looked at old checkout summaries and it used to be that thumbnails would show up from both auction and store items. This is not the case anymore and it is very annoying. Why are thumbnails from store purchases not showing up? When will this situation be resolved?

Hi Planejane,
I have been trying to replicate this problem and so far, I have been unsuccessful. When did this start happening? Also, please let me know one of the order numbers you have in your account that has thumbnails for both auction and store items. I haven't been able to find one that contains them.

Hi Sonya, I went to look up the order number on the hardcopy of the checkout I referenced this morning and it turns out that they were all auctions (one of the items was a duplicate store item which I thought came from the store). Anyway, the question you asked me leads me to assume that thumbnails were never appearing for store items. And so the question I have for Vendio is WHY NOT? When you switched from an "auction management" system to a "fully integrated internet" system you'd think that all the features that make the auction management tools so great would be utilized for the storefront as well. It looks very inconsistent at the checkout when buyers are used to seeing these thumbnails for auctions and then wonder where they are for storefront purchases - they then wonder if they've bought the right item from the store - and I've had several buyers tell me that they cancelled store item upsells because they were confused. Go figure, but consistency is key. I was under the impression that thumbnails appears for all items and realize now that I must have been wrong. Is this something that Vendio plans on addressing?

Hi Planejane,
I have been able to replicate the thumbnail problem -- a bug has been logged on it, and I will keep you up to date on the progress. The thumbnails for store items actually are visible to your buyers all the way up to the final confirmation of the item. Thank you for your patience.

My logo is not appearing in checkout. It appears on my storefront's hompage so I know the problem is not with the jpeg. Not sure if this is related to the above problem
