At the bottom of auctions where ebay has shipping & handling inserted, can payment details be specified without using the ebay checkout?

Hi Greatlakes,
The phrase "Shipping costs will be specified later" will appear in listings under the Shipping and Payment Details section of the listing if you do not choose the 'I'm specifying payment details" option under My Account -> eBay site specifics.
Note that you can choose "I'm specifying payment details" in eBay Site Specifics, and still opt-out of eBay Checkout on eBay (under My eBay -> Preferences -> Checkout Preferences.) If you do this, the payment details will appear in the listing, but the eBay Checkout button won't appear when the listing ends.
You may also bypass this issue by using our new Custom Template system to create a custom template with the Payment section included. Doing this will anchor the Shipping and Payment Details link at the top of the eBay listing to the Payment section rather than the eBay-controlled section at the bottom of the page.
