On Tuesday 8/5 I listed all of my inventory items on Ebay to take advantage of their half-price listings for that day. I noticed that not all of items that I had previously listed were in inventory. I had to go to the closed items to list some of those items. Why aren't all of my listings showing up in inventory?
When you are creating your listings, make sure that you select the "Save this item to inventory" option on the page so that a copy of your listing will go into your inventory.
If you are using Sales Manager Pro to create your listings -- to save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

I have been using Sales Manager Pro for several years in the same way and my auctions have automatically been going into my inventory. What has changed to cause them to not go into my inventory now? Should I just list items to Ebay with the online Sales Manager so that I can check "Save this item to inventory" option on the page so that a copy of my listing will go into my inventory? As far as I am concerned, this is a big problem with me relisting items to Ebay since they are not in my inventory. I don't have a Vendio Store.

Hello dorrie,
As Sonya mentioned, there is a way to save items to your online inventory, but it has changed.
Also, you would not want to relist items from your online inventory. Go to your closed section online and view your unsold items page and relist from here. This way you will be sure to get your eBay relist credit if the items sells the second time around.

I have been advised several times by your staff that the best method to relist an item is from Inventory. What then is the Inventory section used for? Why have it? You mean that any item that I have relisted from inventory would not be credited at Ebay as a relist if it sold?
